Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at Waipara Springs, capturing both their winery and café through high-quality hospitality photography. Most recently, I returned to photograph their beautifully crafted Winter Menu, producing a fresh set of professional food and beverage images that highlight the warmth and charm of the season.

Working with experienced chefs who take pride in presentation always elevates the shoot—each dish looked incredible and translated perfectly on camera. We found a quiet corner of the café to set up my portable lighting system, using it to complement the natural glow of a roaring log fire in the background, adding a cozy, atmospheric touch to the images.
